hisinfernalmaj Posted January 30, 2009 Posted January 30, 2009 Hi.. I'm up late tonight and I feel like I need some advice. My first really serious girlfriend and I were together about 1 3/4 years. We went through everything together. Love, death, hate, you name it, we had our share of hard times. Well, she dumped me about a month ago, saying that she was not sensing that I was happy with her anymore, and she wanted me to be happy. In all actuality, this hurt me..bad. Therefore, about a week later when she began to beg me to take her back and that it was a mistake, I refused. It got to the point that it drove me to the point that I thought I had to make her hate me in order to get over her. (Keep in mind, I never wanted to break up in the first place, but it really hurt, so I didn't want anything to do with her.) So I ended up saying some things that I did not mean, causing her to go out and get a rebound friend that could turn out to be a b/f. Now everyone she knows (friends and family) hates me and everyone I know (friends and family) hates her. Both of which to the point where they would disown either of us if we got back together. Well, I missed her greatly, and I still love her with all my heart. So we started talking again. We got on the subject of getting back together. Needless to say, we are back together, but in secret. We are together behind the worlds back. my family, her family, my friends, her friends, her rebound potential bf, everyone! We love each other so much but I don't know what to do. We'd lose everyone else in our life if they found out, but its bound to happen.. i mean, she's still "single" to everyone..i'm still "single to everyone (not that THAT matters)... any advice?? we are so happy together but im just not sure that this will work..

You were on the right track, and you deviated. But thats okay. Because this girl is going to F*** YOU UP and you're going to learn the lesson all over again. You were getting over her and gave into her sweet talk and regrets. Now, how dare you give her 100% of your energy, while she's giving you only 49%??? Dude, you're giving up your dignity and power. S**t man, you need to run out and get you a new girl. Stop what the hell you're doing NOW.
