I was wondering what to get, treadmill, or something like the bowflex? I've heard people say that treadmills work really well but it seems like it wouldnt work everything that you want it to? Im looking to work everything, thats why I was thinking about getting the bowflex because it seems to work every muscle that you want it too, whats your opionion on this?

Creating a suitable home exercise environment is not easy to do with a small budget, especially when you aren't even on a regular program with the equipment you are purchasing. Given that most gym memberships would be 20-40$ per month, you'd probably be better off establishing a pattern of proper exercise before considering hope equipment.

You're also never going to be able to provide the quality of tools that a good gym will have. Well-designed strength training equipment is expensive. Even a suitable free-weight setup will be costly (and require quite a bit of space).

As for a treadmill....the only value there would be walking....and that's why you have an outdoors.
