eDave Posted January 27, 2009 Posted January 27, 2009 How does it make you feel when you contact her? Bad? If so, remember that feeling and remind yourself that you do not want to feel bad. What do you hope to find out? If you find she is with someone new how would that make you feel? Pretty bad. The point is, contacting her only has hurt feelings associated with it. You don't want or need that while you are trying to heal. But I do understand the temptation. I am not innocent. I have hurt myself plenty of times doing this. It does not help.
