Gold Pile Posted January 24, 2009 Posted January 24, 2009 My new Physician is an attractive woman. At aprox 35 she is in my target age range(18-80). I'm due for a physical and want to make a good impression, so I'll take one of the erection pills. Will it effect my blood pressure readings? Is any particular pill better than the others for not altering the reading?
Geishawhelk Posted January 24, 2009 Posted January 24, 2009 You're sure she's not gay....? I had a friend who fancied his doctor like crazy. One day, he was waiting for her in the car-park to ask her out. She came out and greeted a woman, also waiting for her in another car, rather more passionately than one might suppose..... So you could look at it as a possible.....
Goldstar Posted January 24, 2009 Posted January 24, 2009 Do not see her as a patient if you want to date her. She cannot date patients. If you haven't seen her professionally, cancel your appointment.
likestolaugh Posted January 24, 2009 Posted January 24, 2009 she can't date you if she any sense of morals. ....and.. what? you want to have an erection for when she examines you??? Do you want to her think you're gonna rape her or something?!
carhill Posted January 24, 2009 Posted January 24, 2009 I don't think morality is high on GP's list of priorities
Chinook Posted January 24, 2009 Posted January 24, 2009 You might like her, you might want to ask her out... but she's a physician. Chances are she's unlikely to date a patient.

Uh, are you saying you want to take a pill so you WILL HAVE an erection during the physical or one that will prevent an erection. If you are desiring to have an erection during such an examination...don't you think that's pretty tacky??? I don't know about your blood pressure but mine spiked just imagining such a plot...if that's what you were thinking.
Author Gold Pile Posted January 24, 2009 Author Posted January 24, 2009 are you saying you want to take a pill so you WILL HAVE an erection during the physical Yes, She is only human and should take more than a clinical notice of it. I'm only human too and under the circumstances probably wouldn't have one without a pill. I'm just concerned that it will give an artificially high blood pressure reading.
climbergirl Posted January 24, 2009 Posted January 24, 2009 high blood pressure=return visit next week;)

It is regretful that you feel you have to show a woman an erection in order to achieve some notice.
anne1707 Posted January 24, 2009 Posted January 24, 2009 It is regretful that you feel you have to show a woman an erection in order to achieve some notice. Maybe she still won't notice Seriously she should not date a patient so if you really are interested, cancel your appointment. Otherwise if you do as planned, you will probably become the joke of the week amongst her colleagues.
LucreziaBorgia Posted January 24, 2009 Posted January 24, 2009 She will not be impressed. It is more likely she will be uncomfortable, leave the room, and find someone else to examine you. Doctors (at least ethical ones) really aren't impressed, turned on or interested when patients come on to them or do stuff like you are doing. It will basically get her thinking more about improper doctor/patient interactions and possible legal fallout. If you want to impress her, you have to have something other than an erect penis. She is a doctor, for goodness sakes. Educated, experienced, has some money, etc. Find something to talk about that might interest her. An erect penis sure won't. Your educational and financial background won't interest her, and probably not your dating background either. If you can find out something she likes to do on her off time, and at the very least feign an interest in it enough to discuss it she will be far more likely to open up. And yes, your BP will be affected. If you have bloodwork it may show up, and she would probably think you are a freak for popping a dick pill before a medical exam.
Oliveman Posted January 25, 2009 Posted January 25, 2009 Haha I'm envisioning her coming in and talking to you, you getting undressed and popping your pill, her getting busy taking care of another patient, and then having a male nurse come in to do that part of the exam. Be careful!
quankanne Posted January 25, 2009 Posted January 25, 2009 she would probably think you are a freak for popping a dick pill before a medical exam. yep, that's where my vote is. you want to impress your doctor? Then carry on an intelligent conversation. By all means, don't be a braggart, but be informed ... I think they really enjoy being able to hold a conversation with someone who isn't freaking out about being in bad physical health and are expecting to get fussed at, or who are oblivious to what's going on with their body. At least this has been my experience, even when it comes to asking my doctors about medical procedures or certain regimens to promote better health, because they ain't fools and they appreciate that *I'm* taking an interest in a better lifestyle. lol, one of the more interesting conversations I've had has been with my gynecologist, who was really enthused about his partners choosing to make the move to electronic record-keeping. I'm a good 15-20 years younger than him, and have utilized computers more, and he was interested to see it from a patient's perspective, as well as share from his own. intelligence impresses, especially professionals.
Posco_Proudfoot Posted January 25, 2009 Posted January 25, 2009 She is going to think something is wrong with you for going for a physical with baseball bat hardon.
D-Lish Posted January 25, 2009 Posted January 25, 2009 My new Physician is an attractive woman. At aprox 35 she is in my target age range(18-80). That's awesome. 18-80 gives you a great cushion for choice. I'm still working with 19-40. I'm due for a physical and want to make a good impression, so I'll take one of the erection pills. You probably won't have to. What will you do when she examines your prostate and you spill your swimmers on the table? Tell her you felt a lump in there and as she searches for it- just keep saying- no, not there, go deeper, wait, pull back... nope- it's deeper. Repeat until you get desired effect. Will it effect my blood pressure readings? Is any particular pill better than the others for not altering the reading? I'm thinking it's best Not to ingest the pill. Those things make you last longer. If you want to make the most of your appointment- just go in pill free. She'll check your prostate- you'll spill on the table- and if you lived in Canada, all of this would be covered by healthcare.
johan Posted January 25, 2009 Posted January 25, 2009 If she has a problem with it, then she is probably not "the one". I say do it. Don't forget there will be nurses and receptionists who might like what they see if the doctor doesn't.

johan Posted January 25, 2009 Posted January 25, 2009 I would never recommend a guy try to get off on a prostate exam. The female analog would be trying to get your gynecologist to spend extra time massaging the little man in the boat. Not to mention getting off on anal stimulation indicates orientation problems.

Lizzie60 Posted January 25, 2009 Posted January 25, 2009 GP.. bad idea.. .what if she thinks you got a 'erection' proplem.. and prescribes something to keep it down.. ooooonnnnnnnn...
2sunny Posted January 25, 2009 Posted January 25, 2009 her assessment would conclude he takes the pill due to his inability to perform. not so attractive from a gals perspective. a gal wants to believe that a man is stimulated by her rather than the influence of the little pill. we can help stimulate you GP!
Author Gold Pile Posted January 25, 2009 Author Posted January 25, 2009 she examines your prostate and you spill your swimmers on the table:lmao:Maybe if we really hit it off well, but I think the best I could hope for is to leave with her home phone number. will be nurses and receptionists who might like what they seeGood point! Even if the cute receptionist doesn't see it, she will probably hear about it. D-Lish: Okay- meet me in off topic posting and let's make out. Dang that green guy for scoring on my thread!
