I can't tell if she likes me...

I apologize in advance for the length of this post but I would really appreciate any input I can get. I am having a problem figuring out if this girl likes me, we get along great and I like her a lot. She just broke up with her boyfriend about four weeks ago and since we’ve gotten back to school she has been texting me a lot and we’ve been hanging out a lot more than usual, and she has been asking me to do a lot of things (just the two of us) more frequently than normal (like dinner, random trips around campus, asked me to pick her up from class). The confusion comes after a random trip to the store, she had said she was hungry on the way, so on the way back I asked her if she wanted to get some food, she said she wasn’t hungry and then I (regretfully) said I would pay for it since she drove me and she still said no. Then that night she asked me if I wanted to get some dinner but I was at my friends house doing some homework and I was really busy at the time so I (again, regretfully) said I couldn’t. Then the next day, I asked her if she wanted to get some dinner and she said yes and we had a great time (I tend to over analyze things and I noticed that she only got a bagel and then only took three bites out of it, does this mean that she just wanted to hang out with me and wasn’t really hungry?). I know this seems really repetitive but I still don’t understand and I’m beginning to think that she’s just as shy as I am. I have never really been in a relationship mainly because I am extremely shy and usually back away, and also because I’m afraid I’ll fail. I think about her all the time, I’m not a creep (at least I don’t think so); I just have never liked someone so much before. I rarely talk to any girls, but I really enjoy talking to her and we have a lot in common. I guess I’m confused because one minute she wants to hang out with me but then she gets weird. We are both very reserved people and we’ll both admit to it. I appreciate any help I can get.
