ans562 Posted January 16, 2009 Posted January 16, 2009 I am trying to date a girl who just ended a four year relationship. How do I go about this carefully and respectfully?
lilmrcheerful Posted January 16, 2009 Posted January 16, 2009 From personal experience, I wouldn't date but just continue to be a friend because it's going to take a very long time for her to get over the relationship. I've been through this, dated my gf and within 4 months her ex wanted her back and she is in an emotional turmoil over this now because she's torn between us two, the emotional pain can become unberable, I would stay away to be honest - I wished I sincerely did now.
xpaperxcutx Posted January 16, 2009 Posted January 16, 2009 IF you give her a shoulder to cry on, she'll probably friend zone you forever. But if you chase her, she'll reject because she's not over her heartbreak. Just be natural. Tactics don't work on a girl recently out of a relationship. You can only wait for her to be ready.
