Jersey Shortie Posted January 24, 2009 Posted January 24, 2009 Jersey, I kinda gave up on talking to men in this thread because of the nastiness towards women over a certain age, whether it be 21, 25 or 30. Yeah, I think some of them fail to realize that they aren't doing themselves or even younger women any favors by having such negative opinions of women over all. Women get older! Those 21 year olds..they are going to get older. Basically it's like they don't think women deserve anything young or old except to be replaced. God, I can't wait for that day, especially since I'll probably be going to work and grad school in San Francisco. The women out there have to beat the ones here in Jersey (no offense against you, JS. I'm sure there are much better men out there then the ones here in NJ also. People are people no matter where you go. If we were all so different we wouldn't be able to have this message board and relate to each other problems and still live in different states. People have trouble dating in NJ, Ohio or San Fran. And actaully, I don't know about San Fran but west coast girls seem to be more superficial then east coast ones.
Alma Mobley Posted January 27, 2009 Posted January 27, 2009 I live in San Fran -- It's pretty superficial too, but not as much as LA. (Actually, we SFers like to bag on LA whenever we get the chance, so...)

I'm pretty equal opportunity in the 'deserve' zone; people don't 'deserve' much at all, you earn what you get. The nice thing about the 21, or in my case, 19-26 year old women I'm dating is that after the field is narrowed and we settle down, by the time she's in her 30s we have a decade of shared experience together. That's very attractive and binds people together. Why start that process with a woman who's already in their 30s?
kashmir Posted January 27, 2009 Posted January 27, 2009 Oh yeah, I'm sure SF is very superficial, having some of the richest parts of the country, and I'm positive LA tops them all. But heck, I'm 19 and superficial too. When I go out there, a good time will be on my mind. When I'm back home, I might be a little less superficial.
ladybugs Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 The answer is cities like Phoenix, miami, places where middle aged trophy wives aren't in love with their aging husbands anymore so they want to try lovemaking with younger men but not being in a marriage or boyfriend girlfriend situation
