silverknifex Posted January 15, 2009 Posted January 15, 2009 So basically she said she needs time to figure out what shes going to do about her ex which she went out with 3 years for , she still has feeling for him , and she needs to straighten them out, those feelings were getting in the way of are realtionship because she just wasnt ready to start a new one, the guy neglects her and treats her like **** lies to her and just lied to her last night, theres no way shell go back to him i know it, she said we need a break tho because she needs time to herself to figure things out with out the pressure of me, which is fine, she said she just doesnt think shes ready to date, and she wantsa me to give her space with those types of things, the thing is she is stilll contacting me , ands not ignoring me, i just think she just wants to have fun with me , w/o the pressure of a realtionship between us or talking about her ex, i am in love with this girl, and she alrready knows, so there is no wa i am just going to walk away, seh says she doesnt know how long it wwill take the break up to process if it happen, and i was the first one she contacted when she found out her ex was lyiing to her, this all counts for something, and when i didn't answer her aim she basically sent me 100 aims till i replied, she does still like me, and she wants me and her to work out its just right now she does need to figure out waht she is doing, shes completely honest with me all the time, so shes not cheating or just using this to hook back up with her ex, so in this time what can i do, i have never been in this situation i truly love this girl, and will not give up on her, she said im like the perfect guy, shes just suprised she would find someone like me so shor after her and her ex'x break up (6 months) and we were going out for 2, she sai she doesnt want me to wait around for her, cause shell feel bad but idc, i truly beleive this will work out, she just needs time.
carhill Posted January 15, 2009 Posted January 15, 2009 When a woman's words are negative, believe them. When they are positive, look to her actions as corroborative. You're now her backup plan. She's keeping up contact to maintain the emotional string she has you on. It's what women (some women) do. Go silent and give her that time without the ego feed and support you presently are providing. Time reveals all truths.
