I've been fine! I don't understand this! I just went out to run errands and was listening to Billy Joel. I love Billy Joel, nothing sad about the music. I can't stop crying! Every song is making me sad. I'm sitting here in shock! Just last Friday I was out with a friend and we were dining along to these songs, no problem. What's wrong with me????

You know those heart monitors in hospitals, where the line goes uuuup..... then dooooown..... and uuuuup..... and doooooown... it's the heart beat. Up and down, up and down....but it shows life is there.

You're "living".

You have up and down moments.

It's natural, and believe it or not - and I'm sure at the moment, you probably wish you had your hands around my neck and squeezing - actually 'good' for you.

Every incidence of 'down' teaches us how good the 'up' feels, and that we shall be up there again.

It's when you go numb and lifeless - when you 'flat-line' - that you should be concerned.

Stick with the ups and downs.

It's preferable to flat-lining.
