pro127 Posted January 13, 2009 Posted January 13, 2009 k here is my storie im 17 she is 16 during the summer i made a new friend from my baseball team (andrew) i went over to his house a couple times and all stayed over and crap and his mom loved me im a good kid athlet universty bound student and my friend andrew has a sister. I never really thought of dating her just thought she was good looking. So her mom wanted her to get a job so i got her in the same place that i work at just to help her out. over the next like 4 months we became really good friend and i began to fall for her. Wile we were just hanging out all our families thought we were dating. it wasn't two months later ( i have known her for 6 months) i asked her out and know we are dating. I spent the whole christmas break with her but when it was over her mom wont let her see me anymore everytime i ask her to go out somewhere with me her mom will not allow it.I even try to go over their but her mom follows us everywhere. I am crazy for this girl but texting her and talking to her on the phone isn't enough anymore i want to be able to hold her and if im all ready in her mom's good books is it even possible to date her help me please!
quankanne Posted January 13, 2009 Posted January 13, 2009 I wonder if mom sees something y'all don't – that an otherwise good friendship could be jeopardized by you dating her daughter. If y'all have a falling out, that means your loyalty to your friendship with Andrew and the rest of the family will be tested, and she could possibly feel that those relationships need to be protected against any future problems. or she might just see yo as one of her kids and feel thhat it's really, really gross to see y'all dating because it's something like an incestuous situation. I'd put my money on the first scenario, though
djdiablo Posted January 13, 2009 Posted January 13, 2009 1. I would say her mother is afraid you want to have sex with her. And she probably does not want that... Do you? 2. What does her father think of your relationship? 3. Think about stuff that has happened recently. Something stupid you said or did. Something must have triggered her mother's reaction. Think about it. Once you figured it out, think of a way to fix it.
