After not being out for a long time I went out with my girlfriend one night. I ran into this really sweet guy that I have known has an aquaintence for about 9 years. Now we are both single. He made it a point to go out of his way to talk to me and asked me for my number twice that night before I gave it to him. I left and he ended up calling me the next day leaving me a really sweet message. I gave him a text thanking him for the message. He then got back to me several days later via text saying that he loved:o seeing me and that we need to hang out sometime soon. We then talked on the phone and set up a date. I had known through mutual friends that he travels back and forth in our state for work and called me the day before our date apologizing that he had to break it and head down south for work but he would call me once he was down there. I said no problem and waited a week. We had several really nice phone conversations and he said that he would call me once he got back. I know that it is the holidays and a really busy time of year but I haven't talked to him in about 2 weeks. Should I just consider it a blow off?! I figured he wouldn't have called at all if he was going to do that. Not to mention I know that he's not a game player. Maybe I should just throw in the towel!
