She got mad at me for not talking to her lately...umm why cant she contact me then??

Does the guy ALWAYS have to contact first..this is funny.

 

I txt her today just to say hey and hope you have a safe trip to school...she says back..o hey..about time you talked to me...

 

This gets me really mad...then why the **** dont you contact me? Sometimes i just dont get people.

I'm going through this with my bf. It seems that I'm doing all the contacting these days. I'll go a few days without contacting him to give him a chance to miss me and to give me a call for a change, but after so many days (a week at longest), I give in and call. He'll say something like, "I haven't heard from you..." and I get peaved and say, "Well, I haven't heard from you either!" He's just like, "Well, ok..." Yeah, I don't understand it either. So in my case, it's not the guy that always does the contacting, it's the girl! I don't know if he's gotten to where he prefers it that way or what? I don't think he's lost interest because there's other things he does that contradicts that problem. He just has a lazy habit of not calling me. Only time he calls me is if I called him earlier and he says he has to call me back, or if he misses my call, then he'll call me back later on. To be honest, I don't mind doing the calling, I just wish he'd call me sometimes, on his own; he used to do it back when we first started dating.

 

Now if I was doing all the calling and he wouldn't answer or return any of my calls, then we'd have a problem! I'm just thankful he at least answers/returns my calls 99% of the time...can't complain too much, I guess.

I feel like my GF doesn't ever call. 90% of the calls I make are from me to her. Out of the 10% of calls she makes to me 9% of them are just returning my calls. It's like 1% of the time she calls me out of the blue, and when she does it's at wierd times.

 

Once she called me out of the blue at midnight. Wierd.

 

And then she acts wierd about returning calls. If I leave a message I usually have to call her back b/c she hardly ever checks her messages.

 

But at least he returns your calls. That's a good sign I suppose.

Yeah I generally take that as a good sign.

 

I'm sorry your girl's acting like that, Blue, as well as Brady. I find yall's situations to be kinda odd, cuz I always thought the girl was stereotyped to be the one doing most of the calling. Heck, I dunno! But there are some guys who equally do their fair share of contacting, which I can get jealous of from time to time! And I know some people just aren't "phone people"...I think my bf might be one of those people.

A couple of options:

1. she's not interested in you.

2. She's interested, but won't call. She wants to be pursued.

 

You have to make a judgment call here. If you are in case (2), then she may be from the school of thought that says women never initiate contact. Pick up the book 'The Rules', and just follow the steps.

Have you asked her why she doesn't call you or contact you?

It should definately be mutual between the two. It always seem like one person is doing more contacting than the other, but for her not to contact you at all is not a good sign.
