alwayssme Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 i'm so angry and annoyed right now, i just want to scream... i had a good Christmas so its not about that. I spent it with my family, then went out to dinner and movies with friends, had an awesome time.. My ex.... he calls me today and i saw the missed call so i called him back. This is exactly how the conversation went: Him: Hey what's up? Me: Hey, nothin..you called? Him: Yeah just wanted to wish you Merry Christmas. Me: Thanx, Merry Christmas to you too. Him: So are you doing good? Me: Yeah, how's it going with you? Him: Good...(then he starts talking to people on the background, tells me to hold on..then comes back) Him: So what have you been up to? it's been awhile.. Me: yeah it has..well i....(then he interrupts me and starts talking to other people...then says hey let me call you back im busy right now..) Me: OH...ok Him: arite, bye! (click) I know to you guys it may sound like a pretty decent conversation to have with your ex but it truly wasnt...it was cold and "polite" but so distant and he kept on interrupting me and from his voice it really sounded like he didnt care at all... I must say that I felt a little hurt from this and the fact that he didnt call but I dont regret calling him...I forgot about it most of the day but right now all of a sudden it just hit me...I honestly feel like I have been nothing but good to him, even when he treated me soo wrong after the break-up...i didnt say not even one thing to him because i was trying to be mature and the bigger person but right now im screaming in my head like i just wanna have him in front of me and let him know about all the pain he caused me and how hurtful his actions were......Ahhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
timmay Posted December 26, 2008 Posted December 26, 2008 u can answer the call but now you know he will just be a dick on the phone so no point in talking to him if its like that. You can talk to your ex's on the phone and have a decent conversation as long as there is mutal respect but he didnt show any respect by not going somewhere quiet where you 2 could both talk. So it seems like he prolly does care but acting like he doesnt (prolly cause he was around his friends). only reason i say he does care because he wouldnt have called otherwise. None the less dont let him treat you like crap. You gave him the respect and called back but he didnt give you the same respect so .... just dont talk to him. easyier said then done i know because i fight every day to not call my ex and see how she is doing. We are supposed to get over them but even after a year im still not over her because my heart still loves her :{ wish u the best
