I went out with a boy, once!, I got sick, he went in a trip, then he came back, it was my birthday, now it is christmas.....he called me another time to go out and I couldn't, he sent me a note by facebook of happy birthday, but it is now the time we haven't gone out for a second date. what's up? is it after one month, valid a second date or do you actually forget about the other person you had a blast with? what's the most probable time to go out after a second third date? is this already even valid? like going in a second date after so long? now I am leaving to a beach, he is leaving to that place too, but I am already wondering if he will call me there... how long is too long? and does it really matter? Yesterday I sent him a note in facebook saying we should meet on the beach...and happy x-mas, just to show I am still interested.. I don't even know if I did good anymore, I am so doubting right now.
kashmir Posted December 25, 2008 Posted December 25, 2008 From a guy's perspective, I would have suspected you were blowing me off when you said you were sick and then you were busy. I usually try twice before I give up, and if the girl is unavailable both those times then I assume she's not interested. The comment about the beach is a clear sign though. You left the ball in his court. Leave it at that. ...mmm, you're luck, I wish I could be at the beach...or some place warm for break. Going to Tampa in a few weeks, but that's for training purposes and not for beach enjoyment...meh
