Office flirt or just friendly?

So this girl at work has been torturing me. At least that's how I see it. I know office relationships normally do not work out and in this circumstance could never work.

 

She's about a year younger than me and she has a BF. Hell she announces it about once an hour. And honestly I'm happy for her. Thing is while at work she'll always laugh at my bad jokes, touch my arm, bump into me, call me nick names like "babe" (that was aweird one), say we're like a married couple (that's another odd one), she also has told me she talks to me about things more than her BF. She also said she talks to her BF about me. Coincidentally he "loves me". Just recently she came in from out of the cold and grabbed my hands so she could warm them up.

 

These are signs that I believe she wants to be more than just friends. Well I know in our situation that has 0 chance of happening. I'm fine with that. Thing is if she is really friendly would it kill her to fix me up? Hell she's said she had a lonely friend who was jealous of her and her BF. My advice was "All you can do in that situation is try to fix her up with someone. That's all you can try to do as a friend." Personally I thought that was pretty smooth line to get me a date but it failed.

 

Sorry for this long story. Basically what I'm looking for - what's her deal? My theory is that women in general want to keep every man for themselves and make sure they have every option possible. She just wants to keep me as a backup option if she dumps this dude and maybe gets a new job rather than a friend.
