Jake Barnes Posted December 20, 2008 Posted December 20, 2008 What is the weather like? I saw today that Ft Myers Beach is in the high 70's low 80's all next week. Its like sixty or so. It was hot and humid when I left Ft Lauderdale today, but its a bit more comfortable here. Still kind of humid

Still kind of humid Even 60 is better than being snowed in like we are up here. I opened the front door and the snow came up to my waist.

You are single now, you can do whatever you want to do and whenever. Enjoy the freedom while it lasts. A new year is coming and I am sure there are a lot of good things coming to you. Have fun!!

Author D-Lish Posted December 29, 2008 Author Posted December 29, 2008 Going to Florida for x-mas was a great idea. Glad I went. It was 85 degrees and sunny the entire time! I got adopted by the local servers and met some really cool people. It didn't erase the pain of the break up. He continued to text me throughout the trip which I finally put a stop to. But, all in all- I am thinking of making it a tradition to take vacation over x-mas!
