chenster Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 Okay, it's finals for me but this girl is driving me insane. I met this girl through one of the bros in my fraternity. The first time I met her we really clicked and we talked a lot. Hell, she was even my date for my fraternity's banquet. We hung out for the whole summer and we did a lot of little things together. Like going to farmer's market on Saturdays and going into the city to check out the art museums. I mean, ****, even her roommates know that I like her so how could she not know? I want to get mad at her for not sorting out the signals. But then again, after reading numerous posts on this forum, I got no one to blame but myself. What's weird is that sometimes she would go to the opera with just me. Sometimes, when I ask her out to do things, she would ask her roommates if they want to come to. So... I contemplated just asking her out on a "date" to see how she would react. But I really don't want to jeopardize things as we do have a mutual friend and things could get extremely awkward. And why is this so bad? Well, it's been going on since the end of May... so that's how bad this is. I have never had a relationship before. I gone out on dates or have flings for months. But whenever I try to turn relationship into a serious one, the girl always bails. I am just wondering how can I show her my feeling in a responsible and delicate way? oh, btw, she and I will have a class together next sem.
Perry Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 "How 'bout you and I going on a real date? Or do you think that it may jeopardize things because we have a mutual friend, and things could get extremely awkward?" Change around if this doesn't suit you.
