If you look at my posts, you'll see that I'm only a week into my current breakup. And I've used L.S. TWICE for my breakups. The advice and solidarity from these forums has been vital in my accepting of the situation and drive to move one.

However, there is something that lacks from just reading, for me at least, and not hearing someone tell me what I need to hear. I've been going to counseling to help me through, but it's proving to be quite expensive, and sometimes I need the voice of reason ON THE SPOT because I'm hurting so bad. I feel that sometimes I can't wait for my weekly appt with the counselor.

So, I've been reconnecting with friends, exercise has always been part of my life, but my studies are still affected. So I need someone to tell me what I need to hear so I can refocus. My friends and family have been really helpful, but you cannot help but hear conflicting advice sometimes. So, I went to a popular video site and searched for videos of "How to get over a breakup" and I found a guy who speaks to men on how to get their power back.

In the past I believed that I was too intelligent and I was too stubborn to believe that I didn't have answers to all my problems. I didn't need counseling. Well this experience has knocked me off of my high horse, and I've been seeking help in every shape and form I can get it. I'm far from being okay, but it's nice to have material on your Ipod that is ready to give you sound advice that will get you back into focus.

I'm not going to disclose the material I found for fear that it violates the ToS, but if you truly need more than just reading material, let me tell you there is good stuff out there.

Google Francisco Bujan. He's a smooth, bucked-tooth croatian that knows what he's talking about. His section on dealing with break ups for men is good stuff. The reason I didn't want to say it because, theres a small fee for the full access, but IMO it was worth it. (sorry moderators, but someone asked) :)
