There are very specific physical traits in a guy that turn me on - slight build, maybe shorter than average, dark hair & eyes, slow/quiet body movements. If I had to pick between your two choices, I guess my ideal guy would more closely resemble your "boyish" sweet and friendly option.

 

For some reason, though, this physical type is NEVER attracted to me! Instead I get the outgoing big guys. And they always have big teeth. I do not understand the big teeth.:D

Strong and sexy gets my immediate attention. But I can be drawn to sweet and friendly. So the initial gut reaction is to look at strong and sexy...but sweet and friendly can easily win me over. I can smell big ego from a mile away and strong and sexy usually has that and is a HUGE turn-off as soon as I detect it.

To add I do like sexy women obviously. But what I'm saying is that a lot of sweet and friendly girls can be very sexy, at least to me.
