A friend of mine sent it to me. My boyfriend shows most of the criteria as well, but he's not going to propose anytime soon either I don't think. But you gotta remember that it's just theory though. Guys can show signs of readiness and still not propose (which stinks!)

But I thought it was fun anyway. I can see how it matches what BF is doing and how he went through this transition since we moved in together. He is clearly thinking marriage, even when it is still a (undetermined) while away. Maybe some of our engaged/married ladies can give a retrospective point of view on how it does or does not match their experience.
