Can someone tell me if this girl is into me or not? Oh and she has a boyfriend

I am wondering if this girl likes me or not. See this girl is a sister of a friend, and she has a boyfriend that goes to another school in our district. But anyways we talk everyday in studyhall in my highschool, and when I had that girlfriend it almost seemed if she was jealous, because she would always ask how we were doing and when we broke up she was the first one to ask if we had broken up. And I would always joke around with her and say you are jealous of my girlfriend arent you. So everyday we flirt in the halls and in studyhall, there is some physical contact like slight pushing and basically we flirt with eachother all of the time. She always makes fun of my name, and draws pictures for me and throws things at me. So tell me what you think. And how do I get the boyfriend out of the picture? Do I make a move? or not?

Clearly you care if it were happening to you. The whole point of this exercise is to make you realise how you would be making somebody else feel. Do you not care what you do to other people so long as you get what you want?
