I've been off of beef, pork, and chicken for 2 years and I'm in great shape and very muscular. Like I said though, I eat a ton of egg whites and a ton of seafood to compensate. Ah, no big deal then; As long as you're not a hardcore veg I guess you can get by on massive amounts of eggs and seafood, especially if the latter is mean looking
