cherryade Posted December 4, 2008 Posted December 4, 2008 I know it was inevitable. I know I shouldn't have been looking at his facebook. But it's finally happened - he has declared his new relationship to the world. A relationship that began with betrayal. And drunken sex. And yet it's a relationship that he chose over his one with me. Thanks babe, that really makes me feel great.
EmperorR Posted December 4, 2008 Posted December 4, 2008 checking facebook is the devil, sorry you had to find out, I found out my ex was dating someone new the same way. Now block him from facebook, before next time you go you see him smiling with his new lady.
lofi_tokyo Posted December 4, 2008 Posted December 4, 2008 Same thing happened to me Cherry - I knew my ex was dating the woman he left me for, but when I saw it confirmed on Facebook - he made an account just for that reason - it ripped my heart out. Don't worry. As the months pass, that kind of pain will go away. Be strong.
Author cherryade Posted December 4, 2008 Author Posted December 4, 2008 I'm so upset. I don't even know why. I knew already. But I suppose I'd hoped... I don't know. I can't stop crying.
Peter_pan Posted December 4, 2008 Posted December 4, 2008 im sorry for what your feeling, im a guy and did a lot of crying to only time will heal you and probably no contact. your meet someone better down the road, or if its really meant to be, maybe one day ur'll get back together. but dont hold on for it
HighPlainsDrifter Posted December 4, 2008 Posted December 4, 2008 Sorry cherry. Even when you already know, it still sucks when it's totally confirmed. That's what's funny about your gut feelings. They are dam near right 99.9% of the time. It's hard not to check stuff like that either. It's like a drug addiction. You gotta try to keep yourself of the drug. It can be so hard though. Hug to you and hope you feel better.
