I feel guilty.

Please don't take this as bragging, but I have nice things. - nice place, furniture, car, education, clothes etc. All of course worked very hard for. To top it off, I just bought a Range Rover. I get envious looks everywhere I go. I went to the store today and the cashier told me, "You're too young to drive that car (I'm 25)." I'm really feeling a great amount of guilt for having such nice things.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this normal?

It's not as uncommon as it may feel. The part that feels guilty is also feeling as if it (you) are "not deserving" ...research "worthiness issues" and see if anything resonates with you. There are many variations - we can feel not deserving on physical/material, emotional, mental and spiritual levels - so you may have to adapt whatever articles you do find, to suit your specific situation.

In general, guilt/self-judgment is very common but isn't too productive - it doesn't promote and inspire positive self-feelings, and leads to resentment, anger, etc., at self and the world in general.

Thanks for the wisdom Ronni.
