avenger Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 I think Infidelity is deterring me from getting married or being in another relationship...... Is it wrong to be like this? It seams like people will eventually cheat on you at least twice almost....
norajane Posted November 30, 2008 Posted November 30, 2008 They can't cheat on you more than once unless you let them by "forgiving" them and staying with them. Zero tolerance policy - dump them immediately if they cheat or show signs of cheating.

As soon as you get the vibe that 'something is not right' you're probably right. With every guy who cheated on me, I actually worked quite hard at telling myself i was being paranoid etc when my heart was telling me he wasn't good enough. I'll never make that mistake again. Respect yourself and if others don't respect you, don't be afraid to say 'no thanks'.

If you do decide to test the waters, trust your gut,as others have said. And, take a very hard look at the person's history. Get info from sources other than the person you are interested in. ANy hint of cheating either as the relationship partner or the OM/OW, run.

I wish I had listened to my husband's friend who, all those years ago, warned me that he was 'a funny one'.

I had to do a set up to catch her.... Liars never come clean you have to catch them in the act....
