I am a skinny guy...would a girl a little bigger than me be turned off?

I know a lot of girls want bigger guys to feel safe or whatever the reason is...why cant you be safe with a skinny guy?

Safe? From what, like fights and stuff? Gangs? Rubbish.

 

Don't think about that sort of thing because you will miss out on a lot of oppurtunities. I know this because I am skinny. I eat loads, I never put on any weight, and I have done the whole workout thing without any visible results.

 

But my last girlfriend never had any issues with it, she said I was an amazing guy to sleep with (might have been a lie but lets say it wasn't!) and the past two days i've spent in bed with a girl I just met. Me being skinny used to bother me, I couldn't give a damn now.

 

Girls don't necessarily want a He-Man, just like us guys don't necessarily want a blond with big boobs and a flat stomach. There's more to feeling safe than being able to dropkick 8 guys out of a window (although that is badass). To emotionally be there for her, to make her feel independant but loved, and to just do the gentlemanly type things like walking her to her door after a night out and having confidence in yourself is what she wants.

I think everyone has a physiognomical preference, sure. But that said, I think it's who you are, not necessarily what you are, that matters.
