juliemanooli Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 So it has been exactly 2 weeks and 2 days since i've gone NC with my ex. He broke up with me, and i was extremley devastated. So, of course NC is the best way to go. Its difficult, considering the fact that we go to school toghether.. its almost impossible to avoid him. Well, today there was a basketball game between my school and the other school in which all my friends go to. I decided to go, even though i knew he would be there, since he's on the team. (I wasnt going to let him ruin my fun). Well, I got there and saw his entire family. Even his sister who lived 5 hours away. I couldnt even say hi to them.. It was so akward. Well, his game ended and he went back to sit on the stands with his family to watch the varsity game. His friend parker, who was sitting with him texted me and said "hey come find me and mike(my ex)" and i said, "okay where are you?" which was a complete lie because i knew where they were sitting He replies with a "Nevermind, I'll just see you tomorrow. Mike is being insecure". I didnt understand that. so i asked, "what the heck. Why?" and Parker answered, "Idk, you guys dont care for eachother anymore" and i never answered back... 2 weeks ago i told michael i couldnt be friends with him because it was too difficult, considering that i wasnt over him at all. That was the last time we talked. On the same day of the game, he found out that i was starting to talk to someone new. Is that why he's being so weird? ughhhhhh. tell me why he's being so weird.
edinsvet Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 there is no easy way to break up and it is going to be awkward for awhile. You are right in avoiding him but you can still say hi to his family though.
