amaysngrace Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 Oops. No they don't. They are bad. But they elevate your mood. Eat them with mayo. Mayo has Omega 3s. I think.

georgejungle Posted December 2, 2008 Posted December 2, 2008 I just saw a report that mentioned that: an Egg a day is not bad for you. So, an omlette once a week, shouldn't be bad. Everything in Moderation. The report also said that it's actually the Saturated Fat that you need to watch out for and not necessarily the Cholesterol in the Eggs that's going to ruin your Cholesterol levels. Having an egg fest at brunch isn't going to make or break your cholesterol levels. Simply cutting out foods with Cholesterol isn't going to do anything, if you're not watching your Saturated Fat intake as well. That's what the report said. Try some ground Flax seed powder in your cereal everyday, it TOTALLY helps keep your cholesterol down, it worked for me...That and watching what i ate. Oh, and everything in moderation.
