eli Posted September 7, 2003 Posted September 7, 2003 My ex and I spoke last Monday, and she said she thought she'd be ready to give things another try soon. She asked if I thought that we could work through anything, and I told her absolutely, or I would have left a long time ago. I told her that I would not call her and leave her alone, and that she should call me when she's ready. First of all I wish I hadn't left the ball completely in her court on this, and secondly, how long should I wait before I conact her or move on?

How long you wait before moving on to other relationships is up to you, but I would stick to your plan of not calling her back. It shows you have integrity and that you're not going to go chasing after her like a lovesick puppy.
