Acurious Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 This is for ladies only. I had a skin bridge cut on my penis and now there is a scar about a 1/2 inch away from the head of my penis. Not to brag or anything but really pretty girls like me but I'm to scared to talk to them most of the time. I don't think I'm ever going to have a girlfriend. This is really making me depressed and I was wondering if a girl would care about this.
Ruby Slippers Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 I wouldn't care. Does your penis work? That's really the most important thing. The ex I felt closer to than anyone had a few scars on his back from having precancerous moles removed. He was very self-conscious about them, but I didn't care at all. I thought he was the most gorgeous man alive.
Cherry Blossom 35 Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 What's a skin bridge? They won't care. The last poster was right- does it work? Ok then, no problem. I have a friend who has serious scarring related to a fire she was in in high school. She used to be very self conscious but now she embraces her scars. You should embrace your penis!
Isolde Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 No offense, but girls don't go for **** because it's pretty.
Geishawhelk Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 What's a skin bridge? This is called a penile adhesion. It forms after a circumcision where the fresh skin edge heals to the head, Treatment in an adult usually means a small surgery where the adhesion is cut. The edges are then sewn separately. Consulting a urologist for further information would be the first step. From a medical experts website.
2sunny Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 post a picture of it and we'll all tell you what we think...

I asked him about it -but no big deal nothing to be embarrassed about! Like Isolode said - they aren't attractive anyways! It's not like a nice pair of breasts or something. It's a penis they are all ugly.
sweetbutcheeky Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 Wouldn't care at all! Get some courage to talk to the pretty girls! They already like you!
PrincessPeach Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 The guy I am dating has a small scar on his penis. I doesn't bother me in the slightest. It doesn't bother him either. In fact, before we got as close as were are now he told me a story. We were talking about whether either of us had surgery for anything in the past. he told me there was something, but something he didn't generally tell a lot of people. He told me about the fact he had an infection and had to have an operation which left a scar on his penis. To finish his story he told me in a sort of joking way "I'll have to show it to you sometime." A sure sign of security is being able to poke a little fun at yourself from time to time. There is nothing wrong with having a scar anywhere. Besides, I don't think penises are meant to look good. Even without a scar I don't a penis is something that's very pretty.
SoulSearch_CO Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 post a picture of it and we'll all tell you what we think... I vote for this answer. But anyway - um...no. The scar doesn't matter. Who cares. As long as it WORKS, some scar isn't going to matter at all.
norajane Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 I'll make it unanimous. No one cares about about the scar on your penis. Are you afraid to talk to girls anyway? My guess is you are already shy to begin with and you're putting it all on the scar, even though that's not really what is behind your shyness. What I'm trying to say is, these girls you're afraid to talk to have no idea what your penis looks like. You don't have PENIS SCAR PENIS SCAR PENIS SCAR flashing through your head when they're talking to you, do you? So why is it so hard to have just a conversation, when they're never going to get anywhere near your penis unless you actually start dating them anyway?
LittleDove Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 Its not going to be a problem, no one will worry(except you)- and the scar will fade in time... its all good! now go USE the thing!
MN randomguy Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 No offense, but girls don't go for **** because it's pretty. Couldn't have said it better myself.
Trimmer Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 No offense, but girls don't go for **** because it's pretty. Couldn't have said it better myself. Yes, it's a bitter irony, isn't it, that it's exclusively men who believe the penis is a beautiful thing...
SoulSearch_CO Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 Yes, it's a bitter irony, isn't it, that it's exclusively men who believe the penis is a beautiful thing... ACTUALLY...maybe I'm one of the few women that thinks they are awesome looking. LOL But then, I've seen some good ones so maybe that has something to do with it.
RecordProducer Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 No offense, but girls don't go for **** because it's pretty.Hahah! It took me a few minutes to get this, but I finally laughed. True. It's not like a face or body; you see a man/woman and feel butterflies. If a woman likes the man and the penis functions well, how it looks doesn't matter one bit. A scar on the face might look bad if it's too big, for example, but a scar on your back or leg or penis is not a deal breaker whatsoever.
Ruby Slippers Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 Yes, it's a bitter irony, isn't it, that it's exclusively men who believe the penis is a beautiful thing... I think they're attractive, too -- well, the attractive ones. But context is important. The sight of a disembodied penis generally does not produce the same reaction in a female that the sight of a disembodied vulva produces in a man. Some guy PMs me and wants to show me himself wacking off on cam, if it's just the midsection, I'm like OK, nice, whatever. But if he shows me his whole body and face as well, it becomes a little more compelling.
kashmir Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 Yes, it's a bitter irony, isn't it, that it's exclusively men who believe the penis is a beautiful thing... I thought this was a funny point. It seems like both genders are more interested in comparing themselves to members of their own gender. I'd say 95% of women out there don't give a crap what a guy's penis looks like or how big it is (as long as he can use it), but guys are constantly fighting over the size of their dicks. As George Carlin said, penis size is the root of all evil in world. Countries go to war with each other to fight over their penis sizes. =p Girls do that too though. They don't put on make up and dress for guys. They don't give a damn about attracting guys. They do it so they can out-look each other.

A woman's looks, though, are right there, front and center all the time, and if she's not attractive, she's not going to attract men. Whereas a man's penis is hidden, never seen until long after a woman has decided she's attracted to him. By the time she sees his penis, she's already into him and his penis is just part of their sexual experience and not a reason to call it quits right there and then at the sight. Men don't attract women based on their penis size or how it looks. Women, on the other hand, do attract men based on their looks.

Men don't attract women based on their penis size or how it looks. Women, on the other hand, do attract men based on their looks. But you're comparing the penis to the overall looks of a woman. A more accurate comparison would be between a penis and a vagina. I don't really know what in particular makes a vagina look attractive...I've never known a guy to say, "Damn, her vagina is HOT." So it's kinda the same as the penis...hidden and revealed once enough attraction is already established. However...I've heard some jerky guys say that they dumped women before for having ugly vaginas...don't know about that, If you compared a man's overall look to a woman's overall look though, there are some differences. Men might compare their muscles or whatever, but generally they don't really what another guy looks like. For women, though, they seem to be all into comparing their looks to each other. Like I said, that's why they put on make up and revealing clothes - not to attract men, but to beat out other women at being attractive. (This was a weird post, now that I look back at it, lol)
norajane Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 But you're comparing the penis to the overall looks of a woman. I only did so because you did by saying that men and women compete with their own gender (men compete on penis size, and women on looks). The difference I see is that women compete on looks, but not only because of other women. They compete on looks because their looks attract men. Whereas men compete on penis size for their own reasons, because penis size isn't about attracting women. Like I said, that's why they put on make up and revealing clothes - not to attract men, If there were no men around, women wouldn't care how they look to each other.
kashmir Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 Yeah...you're right, I did compare the two first. Men argue about their penis size not as a way to attract women (since any woman with a brain would know they're all probably full of **** anyway), but instead just for the sake of arguing I think. I still think women do the same as far as looks though. They don't care what men think, only what other women think.
