Hello just wanted your thoughts on this

i had a date tonight we went to a bar/pub spoke awhile things were going well.. we then started to drink and she started touching my hand and stuff maybe the alochol was kicking in.. eventually we went out and had some nice kissing going on, holding hands etc just a great time again i guess the alochol helped, she got a little sick afterwards i took her home gave her a kiss and we said we will see each other tomorow again. she was holding my hands alot and leaning on me alot i guess all this is good signs she was having a great time until she got sick

i guess i been out of the game for awhile since my last relationship, this just seems to good to be true,

my quesiton is did i let it get too far on the first date i mean creating tension is the key i let my guards down and just went with it im hoping it wasnt all the alchol and im hoping this isnt gonna backfire, because i want this girl we clicked very well mentally and physically she is hot.

i guess i will see tomorrow maybe tone it down a bit?

any advice will be helpful! thanks

It's okay to kiss and show your interest like that on the first date. I think for the most part other human beings are not easily frightened away or overly concerned with playing by the dating rulebook when they really like the person they're with. But, really, if you were both intoxicated when these things happened I would think of that as a point in your favor if you remain concerned about it. Usually nobody is worried about the possible 'mistake' they made unless they went all the way and slept with the person under the influence. It sounds to me like you are a gentleman with a second date in your future.

It sounds good to me... but try to make sure she doesn't get sick on your next date.

And don't necessarily be as touchy or kissy next time you see each other, because some of that might have been the alcohol. Though don't let up completely either as that would send the wrong message. Test it out a little bit to see that she is comfortable with it, but don;t overdo it.
