Once you have your parent's permission to date, it's pretty much up to you and not on statistics as to whether or not you're going on dates. It doesn't have nearly as much to do with age, once you've got the go ahead, as much as it has to do with your mood, meeting people you want to date, and having the money to do it. I think a 15 year old is old enough to date people close to his/her own age and it's best to happen in groups. If you find somebody you want to spend lots of time with, introduce that person to your parents, meet their parents, and don't overdo it. There's lots more fish coming down the stream.
