complication Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 Cliffs: Met 3 girls for a few minutes, one of which I thought was cute. Ran into one of the girls a few times, told her that I thought she was cute and to hook me up with her. She said she'd do what she could. A couple of days later, the cute girl friended me on Facebook. This is our conversation so far... (she's a red sox fan, I'm a yankee fan) me: you know, i think we're being traitors to our teams by talking, especially you since you guys won the series past couple of years her: Yepp, we are. Especially since you've been trying to get on my city! But its okay, 'cause I know the sox are better. 8] me: we're off to a good start, both gettin' competitive. either way, history shows that a yankee will prevail i'll admit, boston's a nice city....and that's the most you'll get out of me lol. how are you? What do you guys make of this so far?

It means her friend went to her and said, "That guy we met that night asked me about you blah blah..." She could have said, "Forget him," but she obviously didn't.

And, I said "we are traitors" and she said "it's okay!" in short. Smilies, too. And, from my experience, a girl won't respond if she's not silghtyl interested. I'm escalating it, too.

This has never happened in this way for me...met her for a few minutes, I guess I made a good impression, told her girlfriend to hook me up, she friended me so I started convo, nhow I have her number. Lunch as a first date...and what else?
