samsungxoxo Posted November 16, 2008 Posted November 16, 2008 How would any of ya react if your SO actually one days were to find out you posting here and read your threads. Personally I would be embarrassed, not that I do something to hide (I never cheated) but he might take it that I don't trust him and stuff like that. That's the one thing I don't want him reading, hope he doesn't find about this site.

I have no worries.. but I think that some LoSers would be way more embarrassed if their SO would find out the personal emails and/or pm's they send other LoSers..
Chinook Posted November 16, 2008 Posted November 16, 2008 I don't have a SO. If and when I do, I won't much care whether he finds this site... as all this is posted before he came along.
Geishawhelk Posted November 16, 2008 Posted November 16, 2008 Well, I guess the best way to prevent it is to use an unrecognisable name, not use a photo as an avatar, not keep the site as a 'favourite', and keep a good secure password, logging off every time. Also, keep a secure password for your e-mail account, so topic or thread replies don't get discovered, either. On the other hand, if you're really worried about your SO finding your posts - be careful about whatever you post, at all! My partner often reads over my shoulder.... I don't care one whit. There again, look back over my posts and find anything he could possibly have concerns about...... Yup! You guessed it - Nada!!
