Redboxvends Posted November 16, 2008 Posted November 16, 2008 I'm in High School and I've never been in a relationship. Last year there was this really nice girl in my class. We weren't huge friends or anything but we knew each other. Every day when she would walk to her desk for some reason she would walk past me in my row even though hers was the next row over. Well last week we were in this class where you could sit wherever you wanted to and even though we're not huge friends or anything she sat in back of me. When I turned around to say hello she smiled at me. Does it sound like she likes me or is this just wishful thinking? I asked out one girl last year but got turned down so I'd be a bit embarrassed for that to happen again.
windows Posted November 16, 2008 Posted November 16, 2008 In my (limited) experience, little things like that do overshadow the whole picture. Is there anything more than this? You need to know for certain if she does have a preference for you and one class where she sat near you is no real good indicator. A girl who once had a crush on me sat no where near I did even though we were in the majority of the same classes. Think, why did she sit there? Was it because to sit with friends? Is she a shy person? Are you over obsessing over her because you in fact like her? In the end, all my experiences turned out to be wishful thinking... (Although I do question that time she literally fought to sit next to me, but in the end we just became good classmates). Not to sound creepy or anything but keep a watch on her. Weigh up every moment you feel she 'likes you' against every other moment she would have chosen someone else. That, for me was my moment of truth. Hopefully yours will turn out better.
alphamale Posted November 16, 2008 Posted November 16, 2008 generally if a female likes to be near you and smiles and makes eye contact it means she digs you...
