My ex and I broke up 6 months ago. During the time we were broken up she had another relationship, and few other flings with random guys. Then out of the blue she calls me and says that she misses me and still loves me. I do still love her, but I am having great trouble forgetting the other guys that she was with. What do I do?

She called you because there's a vacuum in her life right now and you're convenient. There was a good reason the two of you broke up. Don't be her rebound everytime she's out of another relationship. The two of you tried, it didn't work, move on. Why do you want to put yourself through a bunch of emotional crap a second time?

What do I do?

I would seriously suggest finding someone else...

Ignore her. You don't want a relationship thinking about what she was doing when you were hurting. I can't even begin to think what my ex might be doing. It makes me sick to my stomach. God it hurt me to think about her past experiences when we were going out. You don't need that.

She can't love you mate. She's had flings since you, she's had another relationship. Love wouldn't allow that. Love isn't some convenient emotion that you can pick up and claim you're feeling as you want. It's something more deeper and consistent than that.

You've gone six months. You can go another. And then another. Move on dude, she clearly managed it, you can too!

AH, all she wants is the familar guy whose always there. So she dumped you went and tested the market found out the grass isn't greener on the other side and now expects to come back and act like nothing happened. She broke your heart, went out with numerous guys not caring about your feelings nothing, but

but now she's all alone she wants to come back. Do you really want someone like this?
