says that he is not looking for a LTR right now and he doesn't want to lead on said girl cause he really likes her and doesn't want to hurt her. But with him not leading her on and making her think all he wants is sexually is hurting her because if he really liked her he would go for it. I feel the guy is confusing and is making no sense. He is also in a situation where he could get into trouble with his job.

Who is the girl?

maybe you should ask her to post, or better still, get her to ask him.

It's amazing what a bit of communication between people will accomplish.

The direct approach often works best.

This post makes no sense. Let's simplifly: you're with a guy (I'm guessing co-worker) who only wants you for sex but not for a long term relationship ... I'd say he's been pretty clear about what he means.

Yea the post is a little unclear as to what you're trying to say but from my understanding, there is a guy that you're kinda interested in and he's hooking up with some other girl or with you but he doesn't want a LTR.

RED FLAG! All I can say. Also, a guy will say and/or do ANYTHING to try to get his way. Becareful!

Sweetie -

you have created several thread asking for help deciphering this man's words to you. He seems to be stating very clearly that while he enjoys your company , he is not interested in a relationship with you.

He is being honest and telling you this clearly. No hidden meanings.

In layman's terms, "I like flirting with and possibly hooking up with you, but I'm not interested in a serious relationship." It's his escape clause in case you do have sex with him and then expect to date and have a relationship. The fact that he's your manager (from another thread) is just another reason to stop the flirtatious chit chats and emails.
