indianlover Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 Ok so I'm dating this guy and I'm wondering if he is a "flight risk." IE: He's going to be in my town for a few years then scamper off to the next place. We connect because we enjoy traveling, however when he talks about the future its like he already has a plan. This of course is in contrast to him talking about settling down, having a family, etc. (While none of his plans are concrete he boosts that most of his 'plans' have come to fruition). Anyone out there like this or dated someone like this? Do plans change or am I doomed to be a stopover in his life?

I would say that he already made up his mind about all he'll ever think of you to be and he let you know it when he told you his plans. You're not his Misses Right...you are his Misses Right Now. Sure things could change but I think the odds are not in your favor. I would have to say that it'd be sort of suckish to be with someone who has all their plans laid out in stone. How boring is that?!!
