So...the burning question is...what did you decide to DO with all that advice and support? :) :)

Well, first and foremost, I mentally "rolodexed" everything that was said /written here to me that I consider to be good, sound advice. Secondly, there's "stuff" going on now - I can't say much more as I am not even sure myself exactly what it is, but it seems like a lot of pots are being stirred on his end. I'm going to sit back, not say much, and observe for a few weeks - maybe until around Thanksgiving and then make some decisions around that time.
