Since she dumped you, she's well aware that you still have feelings for her, which your contact proved. Go NC for a few months and heal yourself and then she might wonder. Level the playing field, so to speak.

What it basically means, to me, is that she wants to move on, and she'll give you a call if/when she has absolutely nothing to do and is lonely. But even then, you'll see her once, and she'll be 'busy' until she has nothing to do again. Carhill is right, go NC for a while and let her wonder. Maybe she'll call, maybe she wont, but at least youll be healing.
