It's just not true of 99.999999999999999999% of people. Sure, there might be the one guy just waiting to go postal, but if you change your behavior based on that one guy, you're just amplifying an unjustified fear. Some people CHOOSE to be alone because they are content on their own and don't need another human to complete them. Not everyone wants to be in a relationship or get married. Agree, but it doesn't seem like you're this type necessarily. There's a big difference between not wanting a relationship or marriage and refusing to engage in just simple conversation with someone. Yeah, guys will hit on you, but your "**** off" attitude shows anger and fear as opposed to just not wanting a relationship.
