To the first question: That is a pretty stupid reason to exclude someone from dating them. They were a victim of a crime and it was something they certainly had no control over or choice in the matter.

 

And to the comment above: Any person that is drunk/drugged to the point where he/she has no control of their faculties can not give consent and he/she does not LET the person perform sexual act(s). That is indeed rape and any sexual act is an act of force.

I don't know how you say both men and women are unaware of this fact. You are generalizing. All of the people I know ARE aware of this...so I wonder where you got the idea that others don't know this?

What are you talking about? What about the women who were minding their own business and not drunk or drugged and got raped? It doesn't matter any way, rape is rape.

dude its like any other relationship. if you like them for their personality and such then be w/ them. if it has messed her up in the head and shes into dope or blow then i'd pass. see how you like her.....
