I now realize being single and alone is better and far less stressful than having someone who will only let you down in the long run. I dont think there is a person out there for me anymore and if there is I would not care anymore lol.

I feel like majority of women are the same for some reason (I know iI will get blasted for that comment but there are some good ones out there but most or all are taken and I dont feel like looking anymore) At least I can save money now.

Yup may as well enjoy being single until you're ready to trust again... or until a woman you find trustworthy walks into your life.

I'm a girl but I feel the same as you. RIGHT NOW, I kind of like it being alone and single. I don't get too sad anymore. No more having to deal with disappointments and uncertainty. I feel happier and more in control of the things I want to do. I don't feel as miserable. It's true what many say, better to be single and alone than be in a miserable relationship (or something like that lol).

Of course I'd still want to find the right one but I hope that I will not experience anymore all the crazy nonsense I went through with my ex.

Too true Hersheys. I really am glad to be out of my relationship because missing him NOW but being happy feels sooo much better than being in a ****ty relationship.

I understand how you feel...I feel exactly the same way only with men. From a woman's perspective, we're not all the same way. I know there are women out there that are egotistical, controlling, liars, cheaters, too much baggage, etc. However, I've discovered that there are men out there who share these same qualities. In fact, I've broken up with guys b/c they were too high strung and "emotional" for me! When it comes right down to it, there are some people that are just that way, not just women.
