jasperlynx Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 finnally threw in the towel on my marraige. Wife wanted to end the marriage and for a couple of weeks...I ve been in denial and fighting , begging, pleading, and just plain just a basket case over this. We have small children as well. Finnally I told her that I respected and accecpted her desicion for our seperation..and I wished her well and happiness. I also stated that I would do whatever I had to do to make myself well. Do you think I did the right thing? or should I have played the mad , and F...you , you ruined my life attitude? I'm looking for a possible reconcilation in the future maybe. i love her

Had you gone with your other plan, it probably would've been hopeless. But you will also hear that you shouldn't count on her coming around either. Just go on as if that isn't going to happen and focus on a future working on yourself and possibly a new love in the future.
frd150 Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 Read this thread. It deals with one guys log journey to reconciliation. He made a few mistakes but in the end he was able to pull it together. Its long so grab refreshments. http://www.loveshack.org/forums/showthread.php?t=123478
