smm80 Posted October 20, 2008 Posted October 20, 2008 So I cannot lie, I am one guy who is very emotional, doing things for my SO because I want to and feel they deserve it...and showing them just how much I care about her. Now she has been divorced twice and had several failed relationships. At times she is very emotionally unavailable. This has been going on for the past 4-5 months as we have dated. I am still trying to figure if her actions are a defense mechanism from her failed marriage or if its who she truely is. When we first got together, she was very emotional, doing, saying, etc. Now that has faded somewhat. Do you all think its possible for an emotional male to surrender to an unemotional female? Don't get me wrong, doing so is purely looking toward the future with this woman, one that I have great hopes, dreams and aspirations for. And yes, She knows these feelings...........................thoughts?
amaysngrace Posted October 20, 2008 Posted October 20, 2008 I think it's probably best to be with someone who has the same emotional level as yourself. In a round-about kind of way.
