steve9417 Posted October 20, 2008 Posted October 20, 2008 appreciate advice for a friend that has just split from somone that they continue to work with - they continue to work in the same office and see each other every day - has anyone gone through this or got any helpful ways of setting boundaries / advice i think it will be harder for my friends ex than them - as they called the end and pushed for it ..... thanks

They should agree, like the two working adults that are, that whatever goes on at work remains business-like and detached. They communicate just like any two other separate colleagues would. What they do in their private external time, should be exactly that.
