He came back into town and we started dating right away and along with that came sex too. We are very close to eachother and spend nearly everyday together. However, he will be moving in a few months for college and the distance is about 10 hours from where we are at now. He is very good to me, says he loves me, takes me out, helps me with my homework, and cares about me as a person. I want to know if he is just using me for his stay here since he tried having sex with me so soon...???

Just because there's sex involved doesn't mean he's using you. Your relationship probably has an expiration date... but that's no reason not to enjoy it while it's here.
