Rudeger Posted October 17, 2008 Posted October 17, 2008 So down here in Australia we have a tradition of dressing up on our last day of high school. Me and some friends came as the Beatles dressed as the Sgt Peppers album cover (I'm a huuge Beatles fan). Anyhow a great time was had by all and me and some friends went to the shopping centre afterwards to watch a movie. As we were waiting in line these high school girls 2-3 years younger than us approach us and begin asking me questions about my costume and saying how cool it was etc etc. Since I'm a noob at interpreting signals, would what they had done be interpreted as flirting? I know I certainly wouldn't have the guts to approach an attractive girl that I had never met before and start talking to her. I was quite surprised when the girls began talking and laughing with me... My friends were clapping me on the back afterwards saying I should have asked for their numbers but I think I blew it all by being too shy... (I did look rather dashing in uniform though I think)
Goss Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 just laugh with them and keep eye contact. talk to them about there outfits and other stuff about them. Say, "let exchange numbers" and then get the numbers.

It's not about reading signals (you rarely get heavy signals) it's just about talking with them so you don't have to wonder later what could've happened if you went in for # close. I think you could do some general talk and ask them # just to keep in touch though.......
