rod_in_gtown Posted October 13, 2008 Posted October 13, 2008 Senior men and underclassmen women is actually quite common in HS. just go for it. You're overthinking this. On the legality issue, it's likely not to be an issue, the law was written to protect minors against the influence of adults (e.g. KMT and all women ). when both of you are close in age it's more of a technicality than anything else. I highly doubt any judge in his/her right mind would find any fault in your relationship. I defer to SG on this since she's the attorney but I'm pretty sure that would be the case.
