SilkLeaves Posted October 12, 2008 Posted October 12, 2008 A couple of weeks ago I was in the library doing some work in my free hour when an incredibly attractive (to me) guy walked in. Because everywhere else was full, he sat down opposite me. Pretty soon I got bored and just started shuffling paper etc. He did the same, we smiled at each other and looked away quickly several times. I promised myself that if he didn't talk to me in 15 minutes then I'd ask to borrow something or start a conversation in some way. He did talk to me, to ask to borrow something which I didn't have . Anyway, this week I saw him on the same day as last time, but unfortunately there were free tables and I didn't want to freak him out by sitting on his table, so I sat somewhere else. He DID kind of look at me when I walked in and maybe there was a chance that he looked slightly disappointed that I didn't sit by him. Or maybe it was just my hopeful mind... Well, tomorrow is when I SHOULD see him again. If I do, what shall I do? Shall I sit by him even if there are free tables? How should I start a conversation without making it blatantly obvious I'm interested? Am I completely lonely and so out of my mind for even thinking I stand a chance? I'm really hopeless at this, does anyone have any suggestions?
Green Posted October 12, 2008 Posted October 12, 2008 yes sit at his table especialy if there are free tables and then maybe even go a step farther and be the guy for a moment and invite him to some party or barbq your going to this weekend...
